An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Registry team at the Royal Veterinary College (RVC). The RVC is the UK's largest and longest-established independent vet school and is a Federation Member of the University of London. The RVC offers undergraduate and postgraduate programmes in veterinary medicine, veterinary nursing, and biological sciences and CPD programmes in veterinary medicine and veterinary nursing.
Registry is developing the Ethics administration team. We are seeking a dynamic part-time Ethics Administrator to work in a small team of Ethics Administrators to improve service delivery in our fast-paced office environment. The team is responsible for all aspects of administration associated with Registry ethics procedures and responsible for all Registry ethics applications. This role will help ensure the smooth running of teaching activities for the RVC.
The successful post holder will have the ability to communicate confidently with a wide range of customers and have a high level of customer focus. You will be able to work methodically, follow set processes and procedures, and have a high level of attention to detail and accuracy. A pro-active, flexible approach to your work is vital to deal with the competing demands and challenges of your daily work.
Educated to A-Level standard or with equivalent experience, the successful post holder will have the ability to make decisions and work as part of a team, and plan, manage and prioritise workload when under pressure to meet deadlines. Previous experience of working in a demanding office environment with multiple functions would be beneficial, but not essential.
This role is offered on a Fixed Term (12 months contract) Part- time 17.5-hour basis at either our Hawkshead or Camden Campus. The post-holder must be available to work on Fridays 9-5pm.
