The Department
This post sits within UWL’s Recruitment and Customer Relationships Team which is responsible for the University’s UK student recruitment and outreach activity and for supporting prospective students from initial enquiry through to enrolment. The Team is part of the Marketing, Recruitment and Communications Department which also includes the Communications and Events, Campaigns, Digital and Admissions Teams.
The Role
The Student Recruitment Coordinator will assist with the organisation and delivery of a range of activities to support the University’s UK student recruitment plan. The role involves attendance and presenting at internal and external recruitment events, and advising prospective students on admission requirements and the University’s courses.
The Person
We are looking for someone with experience of working within higher education (or similar) student recruitment, with excellent customer service, communication and organisational skills, and the ability to work within a team and on their own initiative. An understanding of the higher education sector and a flexible approach to work is essential.
