About the role
The School is seeking a postholder with a record of accomplishments in designing and delivering educational courses relating to technology and innovation. Candidates should be motivated to liaise with industry to design opportunities for students to get exposure to real-life technology and innovation projects. The postholder will have opportunities to start new initiatives to enhance the Technology and Innovation degree.
The School is looking for candidates with a doctoral degree in a field related to business and management, especially in the area of technology and innovation. The postholder will teach modules in this subject area.

Salary – UCL Grade 9 £68,284 - £74,166 pa (including London allowance)

About you
The successful candidate will hold a relevant PhD or equivalent Doctorate in a field aligned with business and management, and will have extensive experience in teaching business and management subjects at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels. They will demonstrate an established record of teaching excellence, evidenced through consistently strong evaluations and a sustained contribution to curriculum innovation and educational leadership.
The successful applicant will have experience leading teams or projects—such as acting as a programme leader—to drive curriculum enhancement, educational quality, and industry engagement. They will also demonstrate the ability to integrate theoretical concepts with contemporary business practice and to engage effectively with students from a wide range of disciplines and cultural backgrounds.
