Maternity-cover from February 2026 for 1 year
We are looking for an experienced, adaptable, highly motivated and outcome-focused person to work with our technical support team at the Royal College of Art. Your teams deliver a wide variety of making and digital making activities across campuses. These are areas where students are sketch making, assembling, experimenting and developing physical 3D concepts. A key part of this role is the growth of bench based making areas that allow students to explore and develop work within the experimental stages of their research. This is a full time role to cover maternity leave for up to a year from February 2026.

The Recruitment Process:
Technical Coordinators at the RCA, need to excel in four key areas; Technical Knowledge, Helping Others, Administrative Processes and Management. Please tell us about your experience in these areas and evidence your ability to perform in each.
