Location: College Lane Campus, University of Hertfordshire
The Document Services Team at the University of Hertfordshire provide a wide range of essential print services to the University, our students and the wider community. Our small and close-knit team operate from our new dedicated print room facility on our College Lane campus.
Main duties and responsibilities
The Print Supervisor will provide a high standard of customer service to all our internal and external customers. They will be responsibly for corporate lithographic & digital print production, large format printing, vinyl printing, photocopying and print finishing, packaging and distribution of work produced. They will support with the day-to-day operational management of the corporate print facilities within the University, supervision of workflows, financial processes and supervision of the team.
Skills and experience required
With a can-do attitude, the ability to work calmly under pressure and a strong sense of accountability, the right candidate will be a good team player with proven experience of managing the delivery of a print service and coordinating a team of staff in a busy customer service environment.
Qualifications required
A minimum of level 3 City and Guilds in a relevant subject and educated with a minimum of A-levels is required.
