Are you interested in being part of our busy catering department at the University of East Anglia Sportspark in Norwich?
We are seeking an enthusiastic, creative and experienced Chef to join our large and busy catering department within the University. Your primary location will be the Sportscafe kitchen with opportunities to support other areas, including street food, fine dining, production and patisserie.
Working with the Head Chef, you will be required to prepare and serve food for our outlets, events and hospitality. Included in your duties you will be managing stock, following recipes for each dish to ensure consistency, minimising waste and maintaining a clean and hygienic working environment which meets high standards.

This post is based in the UEA Campus Kitchen, University of East Anglia, Norwich, Norfolk, UK.

Equivalent chef experience or NVQ level 2 in a catering discipline or equivalent qualification is vital. If you meet all the essential requirements of the person specification, it would be great to hear from you!
This role is available immediately on an indefinite basis working either full-time (5 days per week, 40 hours) or part-time (4 days per week, 32 hours) including early mornings, evenings and weekends. The successful candidate may choose between the above full or part time options.
