The University of Warwick is seeking to appoint an Impact Development Officer to provide practitioner support for the development of research impact.
This exciting new role will form part of a newly-expanded Research Impact team situated in Research & Impact Services, the University’s central Research Office.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Research Impact Managers to support researchers by providing advice and guidance on all elements of research impact.
This will include the development of a strong pipeline of REF impact case studies, provision of one-to-one guidance and group training, and the effective communication of impact through multiple channels.
The role will also support a breadth of initiatives aimed at nurturing a vibrant, supportive and inclusive impact culture at the University, including peer mentoring networks and communities of practice.

We are looking for enthusiastic and passionate candidates with a strong understanding of research impact in its widest context and with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
