Are you detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and passionate about delivering excellent customer service? We’re looking for a Systems Accounting Assistant to support the development and delivery of efficient, customer-focused finance systems and processes.

About the role

Reporting to the Finance Systems Manager you will:

  • Maintain and improve finance systems and processes
  • Analyse data and provide actionable insights
  • Test system updates and implement improvements
  • Collaborate across teams to achieve shared goals

For this role, you will need to be on site 3 days a week. Although we can accommodate working from home for this role, flexibility to be on-site will be expected due to business needs.

This is a part-time position working 30 hours per week on a fixed-term basis until 31 December 2026 to cover a period of absence.

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience in a finance environment and working with financial IT systems (e.g., Unit4)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
