Lecturer/Assistant Professor in Physiotherapy - Temporary (0.6FTE)

Applications are invited for a temporary post of a Lecturer/Assistant Professor in Physiotherapy (above the bar) within UCD School of Public Health, Physiotherapy & Sports Sciences.

Applications are invited for a five-year 0.6WTE academic Lecturer/Assistant Professor post in Physiotherapy in the University College Dublin (UCD) School of Public Health, Physiotherapy and Sports Science (SPHPSS). Applicants should have previous experience in undergraduate and postgraduate teaching in Physiotherapy, a clear research agenda in the broad field of physiotherapy and healthcare, with experience in research supervision. Applicants should have a range of clinical experience and be capable of developing and maintaining strong links with clinical partners. We particularly welcome applications from candidates with expertise in physiotherapy and non-communicable disease (NCDs), and demonstrated experience in developing educational resources, curricula, or training materials for health professionals or students.

The UCD School of Public Health, Physiotherapy and Sports Science is a research-intensive school with a track record in delivering entry level professional programmes in physiotherapy. The school is committed to the highest standards of undergraduate and post-graduate teaching and research supervision.

95 Lecturer/Assistant Professor above the bar (7943) Salary Scale: €64,753 - €102,539 per annum.

Appointment will be made on scale and in accordance with the Department of Finance guidelines
