Greenwich Business School is seeking a forward‑thinking Digital Enhancement Officer to join our faculty Learning Technology team. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about supporting education through technology and keen to make a meaningful contribution to teaching and learning.
In this position, you will help the Learning Technology team deliver a high‑quality service across the faculty. Your responsibilities will include responding to daily service requests, maintaining equipment, and supporting the rollout of new technology initiatives. You will also provide training and guidance to staff across all faculty platforms and act as the primary contact for SharePoint issues, automation and ongoing maintenance.
We are looking for someone with strong hardware support and troubleshooting experience, confidence using support tools, and excellent organisational skills.
