International Recruitment Officer

The Role
The Directorate of Student Recruitment, Marketing and Admissions at the University of Wolverhampton is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated International Recruitment Officer to support the University’s global recruitment ambitions. This role focuses on increasing international applications and enrolments while enhancing the University’s visibility in key global markets.

As an International Recruitment Officer, you will support the development and delivery of strategic recruitment plans aimed at growing international student numbers. Your responsibilities will include building and maintaining strong relationships with international schools, colleges and recruitment partners, managing an agent network, and representing the University at overseas and UK-based recruitment events. You will also contribute to on-campus conversion activities and ensure prospective students receive an excellent experience throughout their engagement with the University.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in strengthening the University’s international presence and contributing to the success of its global recruitment strategy.

About You
You will bring proven experience in international student recruitment and a strong understanding of the global higher education landscape, including commercial and cultural considerations. You will be confident presenting to diverse audiences, managing multiple projects, and coordinating recruitment events. Excellent IT skills and the ability to analyse data to inform decision-making are essential.

As international travel is a significant aspect of this role, you must hold a valid passport and be willing to spend extended periods overseas when required.
