Join our Applicant Services team and play a key part in shaping the future of our student community.
As an Applicant Services Assistant, you will be at the heart of our recruitment process, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and fair journey for every applicant. You will take responsibility for assessing applications with accuracy and care, while also providing clear and helpful guidance to prospective students. Your work will directly support the University’s recruitment goals and deliver an excellent first impression of Middlesex. Key Responsibilities:
• Undertake the fair and efficient assessment of applications against set entry criteria.
• Provide accurate and timely guidance to prospective students on their application status and next steps.
• Ensure the integrity and smooth progression of the admissions process.
• Maintain precise and up-to-date applicant records.
• Contribute to a high-quality applicant experience that reflects our university values.
About you
You are highly organised, possess excellent attention to detail, and can work effectively to deadlines. With strong written and verbal communication skills, you can explain information clearly and provide excellent customer service. A collaborative team member, with a proactive approach, you are keen to contribute to a vital university function. Experience in an administrative, customer service, or education setting is desirable.
