We are excited to announce an exceptional opportunity for a performance-driven and creative professional to join UAL Online as our new Head of Student Success.
In this role, you will lead on the development of our student support strategy for our UAL Online degrees and other Lifelong Learning course products. This role will design the full student journey from enrolment to graduation, developing the systems, technologies and processes that drive retention, progression, satisfaction and achievement.
You will build and lead a high‑performing student support team, set clear KPIs, and take a data‑driven approach to continuous improvement. Working closely with recruitment, marketing, administration, academics and specialist support, you will ensure a seamless, end‑to‑end experience for all learners. You will also contribute to business planning, forecasting and overall growth targets within the Access and Lifelong Learning pillar.
About you
We’re looking for a proactive self‑starter with proven experience of delivering measurable results in student support, student success or a related customer service‑led environment. You’ll bring strategic thinking, strong leadership skills and the ability to build a positive, high‑performance culture.
You will excel at stakeholder management, cross‑functional collaboration and clear communication. You should be confident using data to guide decisions, design effective interventions and report on impact. Above all, you will be motivated by creating exceptional learner experiences and driving continuous improvement across the student journey.
