The Role
We are recruiting to the role of Registry Administrator (Enrolment and Student Records) to join our friendly and supportive Registry team. This is an excellent opportunity to play an important role in supporting operational delivery of enrolment and student records processes that underpin the student lifecycle and help ensure a positive experience for our students.
Key responsibilities will include supporting the operational delivery of student registration and enrolment processes, including assisting with in-person enrolment activities during peak periods; maintaining electronic student records and ensuring information is recorded accurately and completely within the student record system; responding to enquiries from staff and students regarding enrolment and student records processes; and providing administrative support to Registry activities during peak operational periods, including supporting examinations and assessment administration where required.
The successful candidate will have skills and experience in working within an adminstration environment that requires accuracy and attention to detail; using databases or information systems to enter, maintain and retrieve data; managing competing priorities and delivering work to deadlines, particularly during busy operational periods; and building positive working relationships with colleagues while providing a high standard of service to students and staff.
