You will maintain training content with subject matter experts, monitor completion and recommend improvements, and support colleagues undertaking apprenticeships. You will evaluate learning impact, contribute to reporting, and help build a positive, inclusive learning culture aligned with DMU’s values.

We are seeking a proactive learning and development professional with experience designing and delivering engaging interventions. You will be confident analysing needs, developing solutions and supporting colleagues at all levels. Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential, along with the ability to collaborate with subject matter experts and deliver high-quality learning. You will be organised, analytical and comfortable evaluating impact and monitoring compliance. Experience of supporting apprenticeships is beneficial but not essential. You will bring a positive, inclusive approach and contribute to a collaborative team committed to delivering excellent learning experiences.
