Sheffield Hallam University has an ambitious and challenging people agenda and we are looking for a high-performing, future-focused Senior Advisor to join the Human Resources and Organisational Development Directorate as part of our Resourcing and Reward Team.
You will be responsible for providing specialist advice on a range of complex reward issues. Significant experience of a range of reward and recognition mechanisms is therefore essential, including job evaluation methodologies, grading structures, managing annual pay review cycles, benchmarking analysis and benefit programmes.
You should also demonstrate a commitment to customer service excellence, delivering a consistent and professional service, whilst maintaining compliance within regulatory and procedural frameworks.
You will be expected to develop effective working relationships across the wider team and Directorate, sharing best practice and knowledge, working together to promote a consistently high-quality service offer.
