Main duties and responsibilities
To be responsible for the comprehensive and effective administration of the Exceptional Circumstances, Fit to Sit, Fitness to Practise, Appeals and Academic Integrity processes. To aid the development and constant improvement of processes of these processes within the University. To be responsible for the production, preparation and presentation of material for Assessment Panels and other meetings as appropriate, ensuring that all appropriate policies and procedures are adhered to.
Skills and experience required
You will have appropriate proven administrative experience in a complex and dynamic organisation. Experience of working within Higher Education administration would be advantageous. You will bring a willingness to be flexible and adaptable to team and workload requirements to support effective working in a team and to facilitate seamless customer care to our students, internal and external contacts. The role requires accuracy with a methodical approach, attention to detail, and you will have good communications skills in a variety of different formats. You will also have good IT skills, and the ability to use initiative and deliver to set deadlines.
Qualifications required
Educated to a minimum of A-levels or equivalent, or proven professional work experience is essential. Educated to degree level or to an equivalent standard or proven professional work experience would be desirable.
