The University of Hull is seeking a proactive and organised School Curriculum Administrator to join the Faculty of Health Sciences Faculty Services team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the delivery of high-quality administrative support across a range of curriculum and quality assurance activities. Working closely with academic colleagues and professional service teams, you will play an important role in supporting the effective management of the school’s academic portfolio and ensuring a positive experience for students and staff.
Reporting to the Faculty Curriculum Manager, you will provide administrative support for curriculum development and review processes, quality assurance activities, external accreditation requirements and academic governance. You will assist with the administration of External Examiners, support curriculum-related meetings, prepare documentation and maintain accurate records in line with university procedures. The role will also involve supporting key institutional activities such as Welcome Week, Open Days, Clearing, Enrolment and Graduation, while building strong working relationships with colleagues across the University.
We are looking for someone with excellent organisational and communication skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to manage a varied workload. You should be confident working with a range of stakeholders and committed to delivering a professional and responsive service. The successful candidate will have experience of working in an administrative environment, strong IT skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Experience within a higher education setting would be advantageous but is not essential. At the University of Hull, we are committed to creating an inclusive and supportive environment where our people can thrive. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative team and contribute to the delivery of an outstanding academic experience for our students.
