We are committed to equality, diversity and inclusion, creating a community where colleagues feel respected and valued. We aim to reflect the diversity of our students and communities, and to strengthen our university through collaboration and diverse perspectives, across all roles at the University.
It is essential that new, sustainable, recruitment streams are sourced and developed. The University’s international student recruitment strategy is founded on direct recruitment, on the effective management of a network of agent and referral partners, and to some extent through sustainable partnerships with educational establishments and sponsors overseas.
Key to the success of this strategy is the development of new market opportunities, appraisal of existing markets, and effectiveness of agents, academic partnerships and in-country activities.
The purpose of this role is to operate as an International Partnerships Development Manager; researching, developing and disseminating expert knowledge in order to grow the quality, diversity, and fee optimisation of the University’s recruitment of international students via academic partnership routes. This position will work globally across a wide number of countries.
Be part of the leadership team within the Global Student Recruitment team to develop knowledge and skills of peers.
