Applications are invited for the position of Admissions and Data Services Administrator (International). The post sits in the Admissions and Data Services team, which supports the 29 undergraduate Colleges in all aspects of the admissions process. The University receives more than 22,000 applications a year, of which approximately one third are from international applicants.

The Admissions and Data Services Administrator (International) will support all aspects of the administration of undergraduate international applications. This will include:

We are looking for someone with experience of policy development, preferably in the context of university admissions, demonstrable understanding of international qualifications and English language requirements, and experience of drafting reports and analysis.
Excellent analytical skills are required to gather, assimilate and synthesise complex information, as are highly developed communication skills, both verbal and written, so that findings can be presented to audiences inside the University and beyond.

The University operates hybrid working with staff able to benefit from both working in the office and at home. Student Admissions and Access is based within the Student Services Centre on the New Museums Site in Central Cambridge. Staff are currently expected to be office-based for at least 30% of the time, including a core day each Wednesday; these arrangements may change in future.
