About the Role
We seek an experienced researcher to lead an exciting programme of work on young people's health. We are researching models of care that integrate health and youth services, engage youth services and community partners in supporting early intervention, and reduce health inequalities. This full-time role forms part of a large team of dynamic researchers and practitioners. The University of Cambridge are academic partners to the project which is based across three boroughs in East London. The Senior PDRA will take the lead on the coordination of the project, working with multiple stakeholders, engaging in all levels of the research process and supporting more junior staff. If you are an experienced researcher, familiar with mixed methods approaches, health systems, community-based research and co-design we encourage you to apply.
About You
You are an experienced researcher who is passionate about young people's health and reducing inequalities and system barriers. You have an interest in integrated systems, mixed methods research and meaningful community engagement.
