We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support the implementation and launch of our new system, ProjectFlow, for managing research ethics review and related governance processes.
This is a fixed-term role for a period of six-months, ideal for someone who enjoys delivering focused, time-limited projects and working with a wide range of academic, professional services, and technical stakeholders.
About the role
You will play a key role in coordinating and delivering the implementation of ProjectFlow, working closely with professional services, IT teams, academic staff, and the supplier. The role will help ensure the system is configured effectively, stakeholders are engaged and prepared, and the organisation is ready for a successful go-live.

About you
You will bring strong organisational and communication skills, experience of delivering projects involving digital systems or process change, and the ability to work confidently with a wide range of stakeholders. Experience in higher education, research administration, or research governance would be an advantage, but is not essential.

This is a part-time role, working 18.5 hours per week for a fixed-term period of 6 months.
Hybrid working is available in line with organisational policy.
