We aim to empower individuals to become great professionals and outstanding business leaders.
This role is an exciting opportunity to start a career in higher education administration. You will be part of a team based at our Greenlands campus, at the forefront of delivering high quality, student focused administrative support throughout the student lifecycle for a variety of Executive Education programmes. You will have the opportunity to support programmes across our portfolio, ranging from qualifications including apprenticeships, coaching programmes, bespoke custom programmes for corporate clients, and short non qualification programmes.
Previous experience in administration is preferable, however full training on systems and processes will be given. You will provide comprehensive end to end administrative and teaching and learning support to your assigned programmes, ensuring a high-quality student and Henley experience. You will work with the Programme Area Manager and Senior Administrators to support the delivery of Executive Education programmes.
We are looking for a highly competent organised individual with outstanding customer service skills.
You will have excellent IT, data management and communication skills with a strong attention to detail. If you are resilient, positive, and professional we would love to hear from you!
