You will support the Vice-Chancellor in the leadership and management of the University making a significant contribution to the strategic direction and decision making across the full range of institutional activity.

You will have a passion for making a difference and a keen focus on performance and the pursuit of excellence.With significant experience of strategic and people leadership in Higher Education, you will have a track record of using innovative thinking to develop and implement strategies for a large and complex institution, creating a culture that delivers excellent outcomes through people, and leading transformational change to drive excellence in service. You will have outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to build mutually trusting relationships.
