Wadham is looking to recruit a permanent HR Advisor.
Wadham College, one of the largest Oxford colleges, is looking for a Human Resources Advisor to provide HR support in relation to recruitment, HR administration, training, employee relations, and policies and procedures. This is a generalist position that covers a range of HR duties and reports to the Head of HR.
Full time or part time hours can be considered.
£26,341 pa - £34,304 pa, subject to skills and experience (Grade 5 on the University salary scale). Calculated pro rata for part time hours.

In order to be successful in this role you will need to have a relevant HR qualification, experience of working in a similar HR generalist position, a good understanding of employment law and HR practices and excellent communication and IT skills.
Full time hours - 36.5 hours a week, weekdays. Part time hours - 30 hours a week over five days (0.82 FTE) can also be considered. The postholder is required to be flexible and additional hours may be required which can be taken back as time in lieu.
