This is a unique role supporting the Human Resources Systems & Reporting function at UAL.
Production and analysis of management information and statistics underpin UAL’s line management and workforce planning initiatives and strategies and are the key focus of this role. Development of the HR Systems and Reporting function into a centre of excellence for HR reporting across UAL is a key activity and you will actively promote the HR Systems and Reporting function in every aspect of your work, building strong relationships with stakeholders.
You will provide timely data for maintenance and development of the HR Dashboards and will lead on the production and delivery of UAL’s statutory reporting (e.g., HESA / GPGR). Data collection, data manipulation and data presentation are daily activities, and you will actively contribute to the development of these, along with providing solutions to complex stakeholder requirements.

Your profile
We’re looking for a talented candidate, preferably with Business Objects (or similar) reporting experience, excellent MS Excel skills and proven analytical abilities. Previous knowledge of MHR’s iTrent system is desirable but not essential. Your experience to date will include implementation of data collection methods within a HR environment, data manipulation from multiple sources and the ability to translate requirements into reporting. Your communication skills will allow you to assimilate reporting requirements, challenge and clarify where required, leading to adaption of reporting specifications. You will have experience of and be comfortable influencing stakeholders at all levels.
