The Student Engagement Monitoring Assistant will report to the Senior Student Compliance Officer (Engagement) and will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Engagement Monitoring Team in relation to the University’s policy and processes for the attendance monitoring of students, whilst also working collaboratively to support the wider Student Compliance Services team with enrolment activities and queries relating to International students.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Student Engagement Monitoring Assistant to join the busy Student Compliance Services team. We are seeking a self-motivated individual with a proven track record of working effectively within a team, balancing multiple priorities and demonstrating initiative. The post holder will be an experienced and efficient administrator, with exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills. You will also have excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly across cultures.
