Are you an experienced Tax and Compliance Accountant? Have you got tax experience in the Education or charity sector?
The University of Bradford, who are driving sustainable social and economic development through outstanding teaching, research, and innovation, have a fantastic opportunity to join our Finance team in a newly created role as Tax and Compliance Manager reporting to the Financial Controller. The post will take a lead role in all aspects of the University's tax and corporate compliance reporting, interpreting relevant legislation and providing advice to senior mangers of the university. They will also contribute to a range of strategic objectives within the University's overall Finance Strategy.
The successful candidate will have experience of tax, ideally within the higher education sector and hold a recognised accounting/tax qualification or have demonstrable experience in this field.
