We are currently advertising for 1 full time Mental Health Adviser to cover Maternity Leave for up to 1 year (or sooner if post holder returns earlier).
This is an exciting role based in the Mental Wellbeing Team within Student Wellbeing and Inclusivity at Loughborough University.
Mental Health Advisers support students presenting with ongoing mental health difficulties. The team seek to address equality issues relating to barriers associated with mental health and disability; provide ongoing specialist mentoring support via the DSA process, manage cases of complex presentation and risk, liaise with internal and external stakeholders, advocate for students and provide ad-hoc training as required. This is a busy, demanding and rewarding role.
We particularly encourage applications from Black and Minority Ethnic groups who are currently under-represented within Loughborough University at grade 6 within professional services.
