Job Overview:
University College of Birmingham is looking for a highly motivated individual who is willing to work alongside lecturing staff and trainee students at their award winning fine dining restaurant. The restaurant serves top quality food which is served and delivered by students training on our food service and hospitality courses under the guidance of industry expert tutors. The restaurant provides exceptional high levels of cooking and service creating flair and quality seasonal produce to paying customers and showcases the future of the hospitality industry.
The successful candidate will be assisting and supporting learners in the Still room, bar area and preparing and assisting planning the commercial functions. Our highly acclaimed mixology suite will also allow the candidate to assist teaching staff with barista and wine tasting sessions.
