About the Role
HR Services is a trusted partner enabling the achievement of excellence through best practice from within and beyond the sector. We ensure that our staff and managers have ready access to a range of quality HR services that are relevant, reliable, responsive, and cost effective.
We're looking for an experienced HR Data Analyst to join our HR Systems and Data team to support the delivery of our reporting and data insight priorities. You will deliver a wide range of strategic information and insights to facilitate intelligence-led decision making and you will assist in developing new and sustainable reporting systems, processes, and tools to record, collate, track, and analyse staff data to support the wider HR team and the provision of data to external agencies. You will produce regular management reports and drive development in our systems and outputs.
With a degree in a relevant discipline (or equivalent professional experience) and evidence of continuing professional development relevant to the role, you will be a team player with a ‘can do attitude’. A self-driven, highly analytical individual, you will be an expert Excel user, with proven and demonstrable experience of using HR systems and Business Intelligence tools as well as writing reports and identifying trends.
