Applications are invited for a Collaboration Analyst in IT, Library and Technical Services (ILTS). Reporting to the ICT Services Manager, this is a full time and permanent post.
The post holder will support all users of Collaboration and AV systems products and services ensuring that expertise, help and assistance is readily available by assisting with the proactive maintenance of hardware and software. Services include Zoom Video Conferencing, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace and various Audio-Visual installations. In addition, the postholder will provide a broad range of IT support to end users within the College, both remotely and at the desk-side, and will deliver a high-quality service to ensure customer satisfaction and service level standards are met successfully.
The successful candidate will have experience of specifying, supporting and troubleshooting collaboration and audio visual services, along with IT support for Mac OSx, Mobile and Windows desktop. environments, internet and productivity suites (MS Office and Google Apps).
