About the role:
You will be a member of the UK Admissions leadership team, based within Marketing Recruitment and Communications at ARU, and will join an experienced and large admissions team focussed on providing an excellent applicant experience. Working with the Head of UK/EU Admissions, you will be responsible for the delivery of a university wide professional admissions function delivering sector leading processes that are applicant focussed to maximise offers and conversion to meet Faculty and university wide recruitment targets.
You will be an accomplished leader with substantial experience and proven success in University Admissions. You will be someone who works collaboratively with a range of internal and external stakeholders and can engage, inspire and influence at all levels.
With a degree or equivalent professional qualification and relevant professional experience, you will have excellent interpersonal skills, be able to make decisions, resolve queries, and lead and manage a range of teams. Excellent organisations skills and the ability to design and implement effective administrative processes is essential. You will have strong communication skills and the ability to build effective and credible relationships at all levels.
Like much of ARU, Marketing, Recruitment and Communications including Admissions works on an agile basis with a mixture of office and home based working.
