Accommodation Services provide a home to over 5600 students living within our portfolio and in nominated properties. You will help deliver a high quality service within a customer-focused environment which operates 24/7/365.
Our dedicated team provide support and signposting on a wide variety of emotional and practical issues, from issues living with others, behaviour management, homesickness, general wellbeing, engagement with meaningful social activity and connecting students to the services offered by the wider University.
In everything we do, we are driven by a culture of continuous improvement, implementing enhancements to our service delivery to enable an exceptional staff and student experience.
You’ll join a team who provide administrative and clerical service with specific functions within residential lettings, including the allocation and operation of University managed Accommodation, giving advice on financial and contractual matters.

You’ll need to be available to work of standard office hours with a minimum of one evening during the week until 19:00.
Some weekend and evening work will be required during the main allocation period and student arrival times, including Clearing, Welcome Weekend and Marketing Events (Open Days and Applicant days). Prior notice will be given.
