UCL Mechanical Engineering has been pioneering the development of engineering education, having taught the core discipline for over 165 years. About the role

The Receptionist will provide both a reception and facilities management service and administrative support to the Department. In addition to ensuring a professional and welcoming front of house service to students, staff and visitors, they will be responsible for managing facilities issues, monitoring and managing room bookings, supporting the Executive Assistants when needed and logistical support for events.

About you

Confident and proactive approach, Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Proven experience of problem-solving on the spot. Excellent attention to detail as well as organisational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
