Construction Quality Inspector (M&E)

This post is full time (35 hours p/w) and open ended. Relocation assistance will be provided where appropriate.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Construction Quality Inspector (M&E) to join the University’s Estates Directorate.

In this role you will monitor and report on the quality and progress of works on site ensuring that the Project Manager is kept fully appraised of programme issues and/or quality concerns as they arise.

On projects you may be required to act on behalf of the University in the role of Supervisor, under the NEC3 form of construction contract and issue appropriate defect notification.
