As an Apprenticeship Systems Officer, you will help support growth in apprenticeship delivery, by leading on a programme of developments to our apprenticeship management system, enhancing its functionality for learners, employers, and tutors. To do this you will project manage a rolling programme of enhancements, including developing and delivering associated training, information, and guidance to all users. You will also manage our system helpdesk, problem solving current operation issues and using intelligence to build system enhancements.
You will need to have exceptional customer service skills, alongside good time management and organisational skills. Experience of support learner technology / information systems is essential, as is a working knowledge of apprenticeships. The role can be based either in Lancaster or Carlisle, but will support our national delivery of apprenticeships to over 1,800 learners, hundreds of tutors and several hundred employers.
