Leeds Arts University is the only specialist arts university in the North of England. We have contributed significantly to the development of arts education for over 170 years, and have developed a national and international reputation based on the achievements of our students and staff.
A vacancy has arisen for an Academic Support Tutor, to be part of our Academic Support Team.
The successful candidate will be Degree educated, and will hold either a relevant SpLD qualification, or a teaching qualification including an SpLD focussed component. Professional membership (full or associate level), of at least one of the following professional bodies: Patoss, BDS, ADSHE or The Dyslexia guild, and evidence of relevant work with a range of students with specific learning differences in an educational setting, are desirable.
