About the role
This exciting new role of Anglican Chaplain and Chaplaincy Team Leader is to work across the University to lead with the development of an inclusive approach to spiritual and pastoral care to all members of our community. Working as an integral member of the Student Wellbeing Services management team the post holder will engage with students and staff to provide spiritual and faith guidance, which align with the core University values of care and compassion. You will build a University Chaplaincy that reflects the diversity of our community and be a key stakeholder in developing a strategy for the chaplaincy.
About you (requirements)
You will be an ordained Anglican chaplain who will enjoy being with students and staff across Bath Spa University. You will be an experienced pastor, at ease with being outside of the church and enthusiastic about living and exploring faith and life within a university community.
