About the Role

We are recruiting a Reception Supervisor to work in Residences Reception which is in the heart of our student village on the Mile End Campus. The Residences Reception is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The post holder will report to the Assistant Residential Operations Manager and be part of the Residential Services Team who provide support to the 3000 residents who live in halls across 4 sites and are the first point of contact for students living on campus, along with guests and visitors.

About You

The successful candidate will ideally have previous experience in a supervisory role, within the reception of a residential setting for students. Whilst the working pattern is fixed, there are times when the post holder will need to be flexible with hours to cover busy periods such as move in weekend and open days plus the summer period when rooms are let out to conference guests.

The post is based at the Mile End in London. It is full-time (35 hours per week), permanent appointment, working 5 out of 7 days to include a weekend day. Starting salary will be in the range of £30,642 - £37,348 per annum pro-rated, inclusive of London Allowance.
