We are seeking a Senior Quality Officer to provide specialist support and advice to colleagues on all matters relating to the quality assurance of the University’s awards.
You will be the primary point of contact and will develop and maintain an up-to date knowledge of quality in terms of academic standards, assurance and enhancement issues in the UKHE sector. You will also contribute to the knowledge base of the Registry and the University through the sharing of information.
To be successful, you will have a background of working within Higher Education, preferably within a Registry environment. You will have strong analytical and communication skills, able to work with and advise clients and colleagues at all levels with ease. You can also speak to your experiences of using student databases (eg SITS) and in managing quality procedures and processes.
In addition, you will have recent (and relevant) knowledge of quality assurance and enhancement relating to learning and teaching in UKHE and experience of effective management of quality process and procedures.
