About The Role
We’re looking to recruit a Senior Systems Support Analyst to work with our amazing Technical Facilities teams and play a pivotal role in the data management, technical development, and day-to-day support of the University’s Loan and Sale system, currently Smarthub by Siso (system specific training will be provided).
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a systems background who enjoys working closely with creative people. Based in the Digital Development and Support Team (part of our wider Digital Experience Department), you’ll be working both independently and within project teams, building and maintaining strong relationships with colleagues in our Technical Facilities and other key stakeholders across both campuses. You will work closely with our stakeholders to influence the roadmap and strategy for the continuous development of the system and related integrations, liaising with our suppliers to deliver additional functionality and improvements.
You will support colleagues and power users with their usage of the system and will develop and provide user training. You will be the go-to expert responsible for proactively supporting and managing the system and associated technologies and processes. You will be supported in this by our Systems Support Officer who provides first line support for the system and associated processes.

Being able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams from diverse professional backgrounds is crucial.
