We are looking for a customer-focused Exams and Assessment Officer to join our successful Exams and Assessment Team at Birkbeck College, University of London.

We are looking for an Exams and Assessment Officer to join our successful central Examinations and Assessment Team. Part of the Registry Services, this team is responsible for the delivery and organisation of examinations, assessments and awards for all taught programmes at Birkbeck. This is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate who has experience in higher education administration, looking to further their career. The role will also be attractive to candidates who have experience dealing with examinations or student assessment, as it provides an opportunity to develop their skills in this area.
Located in Bloomsbury, central London you will support the Exams and Assessment Team Leader to deliver a high-quality service, from enquiry through to enrolment. You will deal with a wide range of students and staff, supporting assessment activity on programmes ranging from foundation years to postgraduate degrees, and will undertake a variety of different of duties. Working closely with the academic departments, you will be responsible for delivering an excellent student experience.
Salary and Benefits
£29,392 rising to £32,962 per annum.
