An exciting strategic managerial role to lead a range of well-established high profile student recruitment activity in a leading research-intensive university. You will lead a number of key large scale projects, supporting both undergraduate and postgraduate recruitment, including Open Days, PGT recruitment activity, and production of the University prospectus.
Within the University of Reading, our Global Recruitment & Admissions service is at the forefront of attracting & recruiting the brightest students to our programmes of study, both undergraduate and postgraduate. Underpinning this is our aim to deliver an exceptional experience for prospective students to support our ambitious recruitment targets, including delivering sector-leading recruitment events and personalised communications.
You will manage a subsection of the team to deliver high-impact projects, including Open Days, representation at UCAS fairs, postgraduate recruitment activity and production of the print prospectus, and will have involvement in the strategic direction of a campaign of direct email marketing to prospective students during the recruitment cycle, using a CRM system and digital marketing tools.
You’ll be highly motivated, astute, strategic and proactive, with a great track record in delivering results and managing projects, people and resources. The role is largely office-based with some event delivery on key projects.
