Applications are invited for a Project Officer (workload allocation) to support the development of the University’s academic Workload Allocation Model (WAM). The post is a fixed term contract (12 months’ maternity cover) within the Human Resources department.

The role holder will be responsible for the ongoing development and management of the workload allocation process in the University.

The role holder will work closely with colleagues in Digital Services and staff across the University delivering operational advice, support and, where needed, training on the Model and system.

Candidates should be educated to a degree level (or equivalent) in a relevant subject and ideally have project management experience.

The ability to communicate in Welsh is essential for this post.

This role will be located at our Bangor campus. Through our Dynamic Working framework, there will also be the option to spend some time working remotely (although remaining in the UK) to support work life balance, which will be discussed further with candidates at interview.
