Salary: Appointments are normally made at the starting salary, however comparable skills and experience will be considered. Future progression is based on annual performance review.

Job Details
As Corporate Partnerships Manager, you will be required to play a critical role in taking forward our new fundraising strategy, by leading in generating new sources of income via corporate fundraising and philanthropy. The role will develop compelling proposals to secure corporate support for our world-leading cancer research, targeting companies which are a good fit for the ICR as an ambitious and internationally recognised centre of excellence.
Key Requirements
The successful candidate must have extensive experience of working at the interface between the commercial and not-for-profit sectors, in similar roles within charities or higher education institutions. We are looking for someone who will be able to come in and establish a new strategic approach to corporate fundraising. Strong communication skills are essential, with the ability to articulate our research initiatives to potential partners, meeting our and their needs and interests through written and face-to-face contact. The ability to create strong working relationships internally with scientists, business development and support staff is vital.
