The successful candidate will be a core part of our Customer Services Team, working on our membership and circulation desks, and supervising staff at evenings and weekends. They will also manage our busy document supply service, having responsibility for two customer service officers, and will manage our support for disabled and dyslexic readers.
We are looking for someone with experience of delivering library customer services, and of staff management or supervision. You will be educated to A Level standard, with the ability to work evenings and Saturdays in accordance with service demands.
