Salary on appointment will be £28,929 per annum, with an annual increment up to £35,308 per annum. 

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Content and Editorial Officer to join the Admissions, Recruitment and Marketing (ARM) division.

As the Content and Editorial Officer, you’ll develop engaging content across UEA’s digital, social, and print platforms, ensuring style consistency and collaborating with team members to optimise quality. Playing a key role in serving local and global communities, you’ll produce impactful, authentic narratives, instrumental in expanding our audience reach.

Collaborating closely with the Head of Content, the Brand and Content Campaigns Manager, the Social Media Manager, and the broader content team, you’ll deliver compelling content that not only shares our unique stories but also informs and engages our audiences, ultimately enhancing UEA's reputation on both national and global scales.

Your responsibilities will include developing and executing an integrated content strategy spanning various channels. This involves participating in overarching editorial planning while also swiftly adapting to and addressing current events. Additionally, you will lead efficient content management utilising workflow tools and provide insightful reporting metrics to gauge content effectiveness. You will work closely with colleagues across ARM to support the Recruitment, Marketing and Communications teams’ plans.

This full-time post is available immediately on a fixed term basis until 24 July 2024.
