About the role

The Workload Model Strategist will work with the Bartlett School of Architecture School Director, the School Manager, Academic Workload Lead and key stakeholders to review, analyse and restructure the current BSA workload model.

Additionally, the post-holder will ensure accuracy of the school workload plan and provide outputs of the workload documentation to inform discussions and decision making within the Senior management team and wider School.

About you

The successful candidate will possess knowledge or interest in academic workload balance alongside experience of producing high quality, accessible written outputs, reports and graphs. In addition, we are seeking strong numerical and analytical skills including the ability to competently analyse large data sets to use as part of modelling purposes.

Alongside excellent organisational skills, time management and project management skills candidates will also be able to demonstrate strong interpersonal and negotiating skills to keep project momentum high and ensure key deadlines and objectives are achieved.
