This post is to provide research support on the Skills4Justice Horizon project in CERIC. The project overall is led by Professor Vidmantas Tūtlys of Vytautus Magnus University, Lithuania, while the UK team is coordinated by Professor Jonathan Winterton, who will be your line manager. The project will analyse skill mismatch and labour migration in the context of dependence on migrant workers to compensate for labour shortages in some sectors. The aim is to promote the sustainability of international recruitment based on developing the human capital of migrant workers and creating a talent pool to be used by countries of origin as well as host countries.
